Our Cancun lagoon jet ski tour will show you the lagoon-like you've never seen before! You will, without a doubt, have a great time. By literally taking your vacation into your own hands, you may avoid the tedious boat and bus tours. From the lagoon, see all of the major sights, including the Plaza la Isla shopping center, XCARET scenic tower, and other landmarks. Riders on our guided jet ski tour can safely operate a jet ski without a boating license. On the lagoon, go as fast as you like while taking in the scenery.

- Cancellations due to inclement weather are fully refundable only when the activity is suspended by the port authorities. If the port remains open and the activity has not been canceled by the relevant authorities, we will proceed as planned. If the customer decides to cancel their reservation due to perceived unfavorable weather, please note that this will be treated as a voluntary cancellation. As such, no refund will apply.

Drive your own Jet Ski in the beautiful Laguna Nichupté area of Cancun! Choose between 30 and 60 minutes. Learn the basics, receive safety training, and enjoy the thrill with or without experience. Our trained staff will guide you, and you'll ride in a clearly marked 400-meter area. At the end, they’ll assist you in docking safely.

Yes, it is by Mexico law that all rental Jet Skis are accompanied by a tour guide in Cancun. The guided tour, however, is a lot of fun and fast-paced, and most people who are skeptical at first come back saying it was better than if they had gone out on their own. Nobody knows our island and waterways as we do, and we know all the best places to take our guests. Also, from a safety standpoint, Cancun is surrounded by coral reefs that lie right below the surface sometimes and are hard to see, so going on a tour with a tour guide will also ensure that you do not get into a situation and can just focus on having fun on the water while enjoying the gorgeous scenery and sites around you.
As much as we would like to say yes, due to changing weather/sea conditions and colder temperatures in the early parts of the year, sometimes we must alter the routes and courses of our Jet Ski Cancun so that our customers have the best overall experience.
You should carry a towel and a bathing suit in general. It is recommended that you arrive for the excursion wearing your swimsuit. Sunscreen, sunglasses or goggles, and a small plastic bottle of water are also recommended. Hats are not advised because they will fall off throughout the trip. During the excursion, no suntan lotion or glass drink bottles are allowed to be stored on our jet skis. At our watersports dock, we have lockable dry storage for modest amounts of things and towels for when you return from the tour.
