Jet Ski Cancun Cancellation Policy

Our goal is to provide the best level of quality and service to you and the rest of our customers. Please give us as much notice as possible about your change of plans so that we can better serve you. While modifications and cancellations are sometimes unavoidable, they can be costly to our operations. Please notify us via email at sales@jetskicancun.com to process your cancellation/refund. Verbal, phone or voicemail requests will not be considered valid. Refund processing can take 1–7 business days. Communication with our team does not guarantee cancellation unless confirmed in writing.

Cancellation Policy

a) Cancellations made 48 hours prior to your departure date are fully refundable.
b) Cancellations made 24 hours prior receive a 70% refund.
c) No-shows or late arrivals will be charged 100% of the reservation amount.
d) Refunds are processed back to the same credit card or payment method used.

Other Cancellations

a) If weather prevents the activity, cancellations are free of charge.
b) Medical cancellations require a doctor’s note for a full refund or reschedule.
c) In package deals, if one service is canceled, the full package price is forfeited and remaining services charged individually.

Reschedule Policy

a) Reschedule at no charge at least 24 hours in advance.
b) Weather-related reschedules are allowed free of charge.
c) Same-day reschedules incur a $5 USD per person fee and depend on availability.
