Activities & Experience

No! All activities include hands-on training. Over 90% of our guests are first-timers.

Yes — Mexican law requires all rentals to be accompanied by a certified guide.

Yes, on jet ski and speedboat tours (once per activity, within weight limits).

Up to 15 feet (4.5 meters) —safe, controlled, and perfect for photos.

Safety & Requirements

  • Jet Ski: Drivers 18+, passengers 10+
  • Speedboat: Drivers 18+, passengers 4+
  • Flyboard: 12+ (under 18 with adult)

  • Jet Ski: Max 450 lbs per unit (225 lbs per person)
  • Speedboat: Max 530 lbs per boat (260 lbs per person)
  • Flyboard: 99–264 lbs (45–120 kg)

    • Pregnancy, heart/back/neck conditions, recent surgery, epilepsy, or asthma (for snorkeling). Alcohol or drugs are strictly prohibited.

    Life jackets (mandatory), helmets (Flyboard), and bilingual instructor supervision.

    Weather, Cancellations & Fees

    Light rain won’t stop your tour. Only official port closures (due to high waves or lightning) trigger full refunds or rescheduling.

  • 72+ hours: Full refund
  • 24–72 hours: 50% refund
  • less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund
  • Medical cancellations require a doctor’s note.

    • Yes—a mandatory US$20 dock fee per person (cash only) is collected on-site by maritime authorities.

  • Speedboat: Only waterproof devices.
  • Flyboard: Electronics are strictly prohibited (lockers provided).
