After a 10-minute hands-on safety briefing, you’ll follow your certified bilingual guide through calm, shallow channels into the heart of the Nichupté Mangrove Reserve —a protected ecosystem home to over 200 bird species, iguanas, tropical fish, and even the elusive American crocodile. Unlike open-water jet ski rentals, this tour takes place in serene, traffic-free canals—perfect for beginners and nature lovers alike. You control the speed: go slow to admire herons nesting in the roots, or accelerate through wider channels for an adrenaline boost. Along the way, you’ll pass iconic landmarks like Plaza La Isla, the Xcaret Scenic Tower, and luxury resorts only visible from the lagoon. We’re one of the few operators licensed by Mexican environmental authorities to enter this sensitive habitat. We carefully design our route to minimize ecological impact and maximize wildlife sightings and scenic views. All guides are trained in marine ecology and first aid, so you get both adventure and education in one unforgettable hour. The full experience lasts 60 minutes, with approximately 45 minutes of actual riding time. No boating license is required, and our team stays with you every step of the way—so you can focus on the thrill, not the fear.

Starting from km 14.6, we head south into the Nichupté reserve. The route takes you past luxury resorts, under bridges, and deep into secluded mangrove canals.

While we strive to follow our planned routes, changing weather conditions, sea conditions, or colder temperatures (especially in early parts of the year) may require us to alter the course to ensure you have the best overall experience and for safety reasons.

You should arrive wearing your swimsuit. It's recommended to bring a towel, sunscreen, sunglasses or goggles, and a small plastic bottle of water. Hats are not advised as they will likely fall off.

For safety and environmental reasons, suntan lotion and glass drink bottles are not allowed to be stored on our jet skis during the excursion.

Yes, we provide lockable dry storage at our watersports dock for modest amounts of personal items and towels, which you can access when you return from the tour.
