Yes, by Mexican law, all rental jet skis in Cancun must be accompanied by a tour guide. Our guides are also experts on the local waterways, ensuring the safest, most scenic, and enjoyable experience.
Our guides know Cancun's island and waterways intimately, leading you to the best spots. They ensure a fun, fast-paced experience and, crucially, navigate around hidden coral reefs, allowing you to focus on enjoying the beautiful scenery without safety concerns.
Almost always! It's common to spot herons, ospreys, iguanas, and various fish. While rare, there's a small possibility of seeing shy crocodiles.
Absolutely. The mangrove channels are calm, shallow, and free of heavy boat traffic. Our guides will ensure you never go faster than you are comfortable with, making it perfect for all skill levels.
Starting from km 14.6, we head south into the Nichupté reserve. The route takes you past luxury resorts, under bridges, and deep into secluded mangrove canals.
While we strive to follow our planned routes, changing weather conditions, sea conditions, or colder temperatures (especially in early parts of the year) may require us to alter the course to ensure you have the best overall experience and for safety reasons.
You should arrive wearing your swimsuit. It's recommended to bring a towel, sunscreen, sunglasses or goggles, and a small plastic bottle of water. Hats are not advised as they will likely fall off.
For safety and environmental reasons, suntan lotion and glass drink bottles are not allowed to be stored on our jet skis during the excursion.
Yes, we provide lockable dry storage at our watersports dock for modest amounts of personal items and towels, which you can access when you return from the tour.
Our guides' unparalleled knowledge of the local waterways allows for an adventurous, fast-paced, and safe journey through the stunning Nichupté reserve, revealing hidden gems and wildlife that you wouldn't experience on your own.
Want to make your day even more exciting? All of our water activities depart from the same dock at Blvd. Kukulkán km 14.6—operated by the same team you trust from Jet Ski Cancun. Same safety standards, same friendly service, more ways to enjoy the lagoon!
