About Flyboarding Experience in Cancun

Cancellation policy in relation to weather conditions. Cancellations due to inclement weather are fully refundable only when the activity is suspended by the port authorities. If the port remains open and the activity has not been canceled by the relevant authorities, we will proceed as planned. If the customer decides to cancel their reservation due to perceived unfavorable weather, please note that this will be treated as a voluntary cancellation. As such, no refund will apply.
Cancellations made with more than 72 hours will be fully refundable.
Cancellations made between 72 hours and 24 hours will be 50% refundable.
Cancellations made on the same day, as well as no-show reservations, are non-refundable.
Customers who reschedule their activity on the same day will incur a rescheduling fee of $20.
For cancellations related to medical issues, a doctor's note must be presented in order to receive a full refund.
If a customer chooses to interrupt/stop their activity early, partial refunds for unused time are not available.

No, flyboarding is suitable for participants of all skill levels, from beginners to experienced thrill-seekers. Our trained instructors will provide personalized guidance to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable experience.
On average, it takes about 5 to 15 minutes to gain good control of the board and fly comfortably above the water, depending on your individual skill level.
Your safety is our top priority. We provide thorough safety briefings, continuous supervision, and all necessary safety equipment, including life jackets and helmets.
Your session includes flyboard training, bilingual staff, life jacket and helmet, guided flyboard session, on-site lifeguard assistance, bottled water, bathroom and shower access, lockers, and even a tequila tasting.
Yes, there is a $20 USD dock fee per person (cash only) that must be paid at check-in. Tips and photo/video services are not included but can be purchased separately. Transportation is also available for an extra cost.

Yes, flyboarding is prohibited for pregnant women, individuals with heart diseases, neck, back, or knee problems, serious medical conditions, or recent surgeries. Use of alcohol or drugs before or during the activity is strictly prohibited.
You should bring a government-issued photo ID, comfortable clothes and shoes, swimwear, a towel, and biodegradable sunscreen. Please note that electronic devices (cellphones, cameras, etc.) are not allowed during the activity.
If you disobey safety instructions, your flyboarding activity may be canceled without the right to a refund. It is important to adhere to all guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

My best friend and I went to Cancun for a girls trip. These 3 made our time renting jet skis exceptional. They made sure we felt comfortable. We felt very safe being out in the water. I would highly recommend anyone going to Cancun to rent jet skis from this place
