- Cancellations due to inclement weather are fully refundable only when the activity is suspended by the port authorities. If the port remains open and the activity has not been canceled by the relevant authorities, we will proceed as planned. If the customer decides to cancel their reservation due to perceived unfavorable weather, please note that this will be treated as a voluntary cancellation. As such, no refund will apply.
- You must check in 30 minutes prior to the activity. Failing to do so may shorten the flyboard experience.
- All customers must present a government issued photo ID at the moment of check in
- An additional 20 usd dock fee cash payment must be paid at the moment of check in
- Minimum age required to do the activity is 12 yrs old.
- People under 18 yrs old must be accompanied by an adult at all times
- Minimum weight:45 kilos / 99 lbs / Maximum weight: 120 kg / 264 lbs
- Prohibited for pregnant women, people with heart diseases, neck, back or knee problems, people with serious medical conditions, people with recent surgeries, people under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- The use of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited before and during the entire activity.
- The use of electronic devices (cellphones, cameras, go pros, drones) is strictly prohibited, customer will be required to check in this items.
- Lifejacket and helmet is mandatory at all times. Disobeying this instruction will result on the cancellation of the activity.
- The flyboard activity will be canceled at any time if I do not respect the rules of this activity, and I will not have the right to request a refund for it.
